The Japanese README had its Table of Contents placed at the bottom of the file (near line 488) rather than at the top after the introduction, inconsistent with the EN, CN, and KR READMEs which all have it near the top. This moves the ToC to its correct position right after the language selector. Also fixes a duplicate period typo at the end of the license section (「ください。。」→「ください。」). Summary
README_JA.mdto its correct position near the top of the file (after the language selector), consistent withREADME.md,README_CN.md, andREADME_KR.mdご連絡ください。。→ご連絡ください。Problem
The Japanese README had its Table of Contents placed at the very bottom of the file (around line 488 in the original), making it much less discoverable and inconsistent with all other language READMEs which place it near the top right after the introduction.
