Using stream processors for LCOW and WCOW differ plugins in the conversion stage. Added stream processors for VHD conversion. Added extension to force diff plugins to use isolated (external binary) stream processors for extractions and conversion. Unified `Apply` for LCOW and WCOW differs to common function.
