What problem this solves
Fixes an issue where users configuring Google Vertex AI for Claude models could not select the documented
usandeumulti-region endpoints from the Google Cloud Region dropdown.Why this change was made
The shared Vertex region list omitted the Anthropic multi-region endpoints even though the provider already accepts those region strings. This update adds the missing options and replaces the brittle full-list assertion with focused coverage for the dropdown contract.
