Summary

add an empty releasable Conventional Commit so release-please can pick up the already-merged live model catalog behavior
no file changes; this only repairs the release signal after PR Fetch GonkaGate model catalog during MiMoCode setup #3 landed with a non-releasable subject

Verification

checked commits after v0.2.0 and confirmed they only had docs / non-releasable subjects before this branch
