- Update shebang and print statements for Python 3
- Replace gobject with GLib for timers
- Run host and router pings in parallel
- Add latency text display next to chart (--no-text to disable)
- Add panel height auto-detection with CLI override (-s/--size)
- Add font rendering options (--antialias, --hint)
- Fallback to system monospace font if Ubuntu Mono unavailable
- Remove unused ping.inc.py
