🎯 What: Simplified _looks_like_seed_phrase in hooks/secret_scanner.py using a ternary assignment instead of a nested if/else.
πŸ’‘ Why: Reduces cognitive complexity and line count of the function. Resolves the "Function is too long" code health issue.
βœ… Verification: Verified by running the test suite (pytest tests/) to ensure no functionality is broken. Tests pass 100%.
✨ Result: Improved readability while maintaining full functionality.
