How it works

npx claude-panel does a one-time setup:

Windows:

1. Installs terminal-panel.ps1 → ~/.claude/
2. Adds claude, marketplace, panel-lang, panel-fav to your PowerShell $PROFILE
3. Creates ~/.claude/claude.cmd so it also works from CMD

macOS / Linux:

1. Installs panel.sh → ~/.claude/ (bash, runs in right tmux pane)
2. Installs marketplace.js → ~/.claude/
3. Adds claude, marketplace, panel-lang, panel-fav to ~/.zshrc (or ~/.bashrc)

After setup, every claude invocation opens a split — your session on the left, the live panel on the right.
