• Delete SCAFFOLDING_COMPLETE.md: Feb 2026 first-day snapshot, entirely superseded by current architecture and implementation
• Update apps/finance-mobile: Phase 4 Finance UI (all 4 tabs + FAB)
• Update wikis: delete stale offline-revision plan, fix wrong headers, remove resolved open questions, add Phase 4 architecture entry
• Update apps/desktop: desktop wikis pointer (stale content removed)

3. Right-click app → Open (first time, to bypass Gatekeeper)
