Supported API

All of unofficial build are unsupported

• BuildCraft ([MC1.7.10]6.1.0 and 6.1.1 are excluded)
• IC2_experimental ([MC1.7.2]build 398-465 are excluded)
• CoFHCore

Translation rules

• Translation file must use LF for newline like unix
• Translation file must use UTF-8 encoding.
• Not translated entry must be commented out.
• Author line is allowed. But I cannot guarantee that keep forever.
