Application actions are using applications addon webactions to get list of actions to show.
Additional review information
With this apporach the actions do respect project bundles. There is now duplicate of code inside ftrack that will be replaced with newer applications addon that do contain ynput/ayon-applications#139 .
Testing notes:
It should work without and with ynput/ayon-applications#139 .
