A github repository to host the code used in the paper by Steinheuer et. al
This repositiory includes:
- R-markdown file describing data generation via the scorrgoldnet R-package, data imputation and module preservation.
- R-markdown file including the edge recovery analysis.
- R-markdown file showing preprocessing and imputation of human retina organoid data
- Jupyter-notebook guiding through the automatic cluster detection pipeline.
- R-Script holding all the R-helper functions used in the module preservation analysis.
- Two conda recipes (R and python) aiding in reproducing the exact same results.
