Code Review

This pull request updates the README to reflect the release of the Chrome extension. The changes correctly add a Chrome Web Store badge and an installation link, while removing the old 'not yet published' note. I've provided a couple of suggestions to improve the README's clarity and visual consistency.

For better visual consistency with the centered logo and title at the top of the README, consider centering the new Chrome Web Store badge as well.

The previous note mentioned 'browser stores' in plural, and the development commands include firefox and edge. To avoid confusion for users of other browsers, it would be helpful to clarify the installation status for them. You could list other browsers and mention they are not yet published.
