One for the software at the root of retrobat, is just a launcher / updater. One for the core bat gui (retroBat\system\modules\rb_gui\BatGuiMenu.exe)
Made with PC Soft Windev 24 a so obscure langage that even github doesn't recognize it.
Unfortunately file can't be edited with notepad, you must have at least windev 24 and a valid licence to make your version.
