* Paramaterize the Apache PORT * Refactor entrypoint scripts * to determine environment (AWS/GCP/Docker) and get secrets accordingly * pass through platform provided PORT env vars * wait for DB to become available before migrations * Add a Makefile for convenience in building images for different platforms * Reduce image bloat by adding .dockerignore
If you have IPv6 address then rate limiting package refresh actions breaks because the IP can't be sotred in the too-small small field
