Use AnalogMultiButton.h lib. Provides:

• values jump,
• a single input for 2 buttons
• and code easier to read

Rework using TimeAlarms.h

TimeAlarms.h (hence TimeLib.h) library for Timer purpose instead of TimerOne.h lib to ease the code reading.
Clean up the code: remove debug information.
