Problem with the responses for the GLPI 10 plugin

There appears to be a problem with the responses generated by the GLPI 10 plugin. Here is an example with a simple question asked in the ticket :

And it seems to be interpreted as malicious :

While the same question in the GLPI 11 plugin does return the expected answer :

IMHO for the GLPI 10 plugin this problem occur beacause of the div html tags into the body request so it's detected as injection attempt.

Hi, it comes from our guardrails block. He doesn't like the code at all, we're developing a new version with more refined rules. In the meantime, I'll disable the guardrails on the app you're using. In some cases, I need to have the HTML tags, so I cannot clean up the text before sending it to the Semantics app. I will try to find a way to do this in a future version of the plugin. Sorry for that.
