Amplitude now initializes unconditionally on every page load instead of gating on wp_docs_consent. The consent banner continues to control the externally-injected ad pile (GA4, Bing UET, DoubleClick, LinkedIn), so banner copy is updated from "analytics cookies" to "ad cookies" to match actual behavior.
