Summary

This PR adds STS token credential support for `mcp_server_redis`.

Changes

- add STS token credential support in `mcp_server_redis`
- update related server and resource logic for STS authentication
- update `README.md` and `README_zh.md`
- add STS authentication tests
- update the lock file

Notes

This PR only contains STS-related changes for `mcp_server_redis`.
