Project Bmi

BMI calculator takes basic data from users and displays health details like Bmi, Bmr, Ideal Weight, and other body metrics.

All measurements were made within the metric system and the formula used for the calculation is the Mifflin - Saint-Jeor equation.

Steps to install :

• Clone or donwload the repository.
• Extract folder in C:\xampp\htdocs\dashboard
• Goto http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ -> import
• Import the database avilable in database folder
