Improved dark mode support for the Generate Document page.

Changes made

• Replaced hardcoded white backgrounds with theme variables
• Updated card text colors to support dark mode
• Updated textarea/input backgrounds and borders
• Fixed header styling in dark mode
• Updated progress indicator colors to use theme variables
• Improved readability and accessibility in dark theme
