Description
Fixes the AI Legal Assistant floating panel on the
/constitutionpage overlapping the navbar and clipping the close button on desktop.The panel was positioned with
bottom + fixed height, which let it grow upward without a ceiling on shorter viewports or at higher zoom levels it would slide under the navbar and hide the header/X button entirely.Type of change
