Replaced the previous test files with a lightweight BAM file (
testFiles/test_small_qsorted_picardmarked.bam, 12MB) suitable for GitHub Actions.The new file was subsetted from the original dataset (/lustre/fs5/vgl/scratch/tmargherita/Datafile/qname_marked/fChaZeb2_hap2_qnamesorted_picardmarked.bam) and retains representative read types.
