Just wanted to put a bump here to get this fix rolled out! Also it looks like the tests here failed due to problems in the CI/CD pipelines and not regarding anything in this PR. |

Seems there was a callback added to the Duo API that caused a breaking change. With this addition we can log in again. I didn't see rules for contributions in your repo, so apologies if this is not the preferred mechanism.
