With any push or PR, GitHub actions will dry-run the snakemake workflow to check all rules and any errors using pytest workflow. It also provides fastqs to test the whole pipeline (it takes 10 min aprox to finish). Finally, it changes how the raw data location is stated, so that it can look at other paths.
