…hanges to the packet and edlpacket classes to bring those up to how things currently work, then didn't use them. Added temporary information in the readme explains how to test things on the yamcs branch.

USLP, SDLS, COP-1 and CFDP now function. USLP, SDLS, and COP-1 are confirmed to work. CFDP works, but I haven't tested CFPD with SDLS. I don't at present have time to clean up some interim code, so we should take a closer look at that when someone has time.
