问题描述：方案一 gaccode 订阅包月付费使用说明中的 2.购买订阅章节需要替换为最新上传的 PDF 文档内容。 修复思路：仅替换 2.购买订阅章节，移除该章节原有图片，内嵌 PDF 中的操作截图，并去除无关电话图标，保留其他章节原内容和图片不变。 更新代码架构：未调整目录结构，仅更新目标 Markdown 文档内容。
