🎨 Palette: WebUI/UX Enhancement

I have identified a mobile UI/UX flaw where the WebUI interactive elements, specifically the top navigation tabs and community support <a> links, lacked the required 44x44 pixel mobile touch-target sizes.

In this fix, I used vanilla CSS to update .tab and inline styles to update <a> tags with explicit min-height: 44px; min-width: 44px; and flexbox align rules to ensure they comply with mobile responsiveness standards without breaking visual structure.

Frontend verifications and tests were executed successfully.
