KID-PPG package for heart rate extraction from photoplethysmography signals
assignment from the Laboratory of Computational Physics (module A) class held at University of Padova by Prof. Marco Zanetti during Acadeimic Year 2022-2023
Intelligent Health Monitoring System that analyzes PPG and accelerometer data to perform activity recognition, heart rate estimation, and SpO₂ calculation. The system combines signal processing, window-based feature extraction, and MLP models with a Streamlit interface for visualization.
