A ROS 2 Humble project integrating SLAM Toolbox and Nav2 for autonomous mobile robot navigation using LiDAR in Gazebo Ignition. Includes the `slam_robot` package for sensor fusion, mapping, and path planning.
Project goal: Have access to a simulator for doing research on mobile robotic control algorithms subject to adversarial conditions.
