Sorry for the lack of clarity in the README, but this feature was an intentional omission due to the interactive line-oriented column-based editing/assembler mode. Also, as written, it looks like this wouldn't work, as it only modifies the source entry routine but does not modify the assembly routine. The tests show more that one instruction per line (with continuation), which would also not be handled correctly since the assembler expects at most one instruction per line. It is cool that the AI was to write mostly valid-looking 6800 assembly, though. |
