Closing — nectar-design CI is being wound down (claude-bus #5). Its lone self-hosted runner became nest-mp-5 (AD-072), so the required Build + Type Check can never run and this PR can't merge. nectar-design is a downstream mirror (in-tree in mp per ADR 0024); its dependencies are managed in the mp workspace, not here. The self-hosted CI workflows have been disabled; Renovate on this repo is being turned off.
