COT Tracker

The Cot Tracker contains a detailed settings file that allows for easy configuration. See the Configuration page for information about the parameters.

There are two principle applications in this project, the Ingester and Cot_Plot.

The purpose of the Ingester is to download data from the internet and archive the formatted data in a database. Then Cot_Plot is used to run a webserver, so that the data can be viewed in a browser as web pages.
