Hey,
updated script to use only case statement instead of case + if statement
introduce a single function that's taking a target url, wgetting it saving it to temp.jpg.
then there is a type check update which if mime is ok
copy this temp.jpg to wallpaper.jpg
I also done some rearranging of script which is just for readability purposes not effecting any of functionality.
i think i covered everything in this PR but certainly will be very happy to help.
