This PR is no longer needed - main branch now uses dtolnay/rust-toolchain@stable instead of hardcoded version 1.70.0 in deploy workflows.

Changes made in PR #19 (merged) already updated deploy.yml and netlify-deploy.yml to use the latest stable toolchain version, so the Dependabot bump to 1.100.0 is redundant.

Closing this PR to avoid conflicts.
