The README.md references AUTHENTICATION.md for auth documentation but the file didn't exist. This adds comprehensive documentation for: - Auth configuration reference (all settings with types/descriptions) - Session duration management (maxSessionDuration) - Provider-specific examples (Azure AD, Auth0, Okta, Google) - Security considerations - Troubleshooting guide - Local testing instructions
