Each fired samskara is a prose prediction ("In situations involving
X, the user usually does Y"). Reads more naturally in italics - the
voice shifts from "metadata" (the tier / score / valence header
above) to "claim about the user." Leaves the inner-voice line alone
because it already carries its own <em> rendering.
