Task 1028477 : Enhance Overview and Getting Started pages for WPF and WinForms Spreadsheet.

Improve the Overview and Getting Started sections of the user documentation guidelines for the Spreadsheet control on the WPF platform. This will enhance usability, making the guide easier to understand and helping new users create samples more quickly and effectively.
