This PR contains updates to benchmarks so that they more accurately reflect actual usage of the
CharacterSetAPI.Motivation:
This is to lay groundwork for the incoming performance-related fixes for
CharacterSet.Modifications:
Added benchmarks.
Result:
No expected behavior change.
Testing:
The existing test cases should still pass and everything should still build.
