spec is here https://spec.openapis.org/oas/v3.1.2.html
this version of the spec is only a set of fixes, not changes in behaviour
because of how the regex was structured, it already technically worked, but not we have a test to prevent regressions and the docs are updated

IMO, the title should be similar to the one for PR created here; as SwaggerUI already works fine with OAS 3.1.2 specs

excellent! We'd also be very happy to see #10721 merged and released!
for context @martincostello and I are working to get OpenAPI 3.2.0 support in aspnetcore dotnet/aspnetcore#65415

Don't hesitate to ping us on that other PR you started in case you need help, both around questions about the new things in 3.2.0 (my contributor to the specification hat), or integration work (my implemented it in dotnet hat, or Martin's expertise implementing integrations with API frameworks etc...)
