GroovyArcade 2020.06

OS changes:

• release: the packages list is now a spoiler
• remove ga.conf, groovyarcade-config will add it
• remove LXDE configuration files, groovyarcade-config will add the necessary
• Migrate xinitrc to galauncher
• Update scrape data for MAME
• update attract.cfg
• add new packages attract-config, groovyarcade-config, groovymame-config
• Remove unncessary mame files
• remove a useless option of autologin
• Remove unnecessary attract mode files
• Clean arcade scripts, move aliases to system wide
• Slince the "last login:" message
• Disable lvm2-monitor. Not useful, and too slow to startup

Packages changes:

• Fix user agent as it wasn't working well with gitlab

• set_mame_config_value: change sed separator to allow path values
• fix a bug when setting an already existing value + add get_config_value
