simplified site by taking out artifacts from httrack

• This branch removes artifacts from the site flattening by removing the extra index.html and moving the site up a directory level
• This should resolve the launch conflict and make the site easier to work on
• The URL will be set to this branch so that there is a visible site, but should be reviewed before merging
