FormGent Integration: Replaced TableDrawerAnswer component with SingleResponseAnswer
Registers an 8.7.0 versioned update entry in ATBDP_Installation:: that hooks into the existing Background_Updater pipeline. The migration batches 100 atbdp_orders posts per run, excludes _fm_plan_ordered posts, maps all legacy meta fields to the new schema, and marks each migrated post with _is_migrated = 1 for idempotency.
