slot.windows.x64.zip contains compiled executable for Windows x64 platform.

New features and changes:

  • Reworked Monte Carlo calculation algorithm to finalize by expected precision calculated by standard deviation.
  • Calculations with Monte Carlo moved to separate command at command line interface. Now Monte Carlo calculations could be called by command as slot_win_x64.exe mc -g=novomatic/sizzlinghot -r=95.5 -l=5 --prec=0.1
  • Statistics now collected during the scanning by symbols sums and by sum of squares of pays by spin. Its allows to calculate standard deviation and all derived data.
  • Added RTP calculation lua-scripts for 100 games algorithms. They works by combinatorial calculation method on a fly without brute force or Monte Carlo expectation. The scripts are self-contained and do not require any dependencies. And could be used for automatic reels generation.
  • The lua-scripts in the 'generator' section have been reworked to allow automatic reels generation.
  • Multiway (243-ways) scanner algorithms rewritten to a more correct form.
  • Added maximum bet lines count for each game alias. Now each game selects correct number of bet lines on start.
  • Reels now have common type for each game. Bruteforce algorithm is also common for any game now.
  • Added new filters for list command at command line, added logical negation.
  • Changed WinItem format, now xy field have a list of (x, y) cells at the grid, not only y-coordinates as it was before. Its allows to put wins with several symbols on one reel.

slot.windows.x64.zip contains compiled executable for Windows x64 platform.

New features and changes:

  • Changed format of the win item that used at the /slot/spin endpoint. Now positions of the winning symbols are given as array of [x, y] coordinates on the game screen, instead of y-positions only, where top left symbol has [1, 1] coordinates. It needed now because several winning symbols can be on one reel. Also, parameter mult renamed to the mp, and means multiplier of payment for the wilds, free spins and other special cases.
  • Screenx structure is now marshalling as the true screen with reels.
  • Loading of embed yaml-files is now lazy. On the list command loading performs only if RTP is should be used. On the scan command loading can be switched off by --noembed flag. It useful for reels development.
  • Added scripts to helper that helps to build whole reels sets with different RTP by single launch. It useful now for games with reel wilds, 3x3 wilds, and some other cases where symbols reshuffle at the reel gets new RTP.

New features and changes:

  • Added filters for /game/list API endpoint to get the list of available games. Filters to include/exclude are passed at strings include/exclude as space separated list, syntax is same as at slot_win_x64.exe list command.
  • Added list command line filters conjunctions. To conjunct the filters use + sign without spaces. For disjunction as it early was separate filters by spaces at API call or as parameters list in command line. See slot_win_x64.exe list -h for details.
  • Added new list command line filters, see slot_win_x64.exe list -h for details.
  • Verbose command line flag added. It helps to reduce or increase output at console log.
  • Added release dates for games aliases.
  • Added data router at source code and ability to load any games data from internal and external yaml-files. Now new reels sets for any game can be loaded from external file/files given at command line parameters with flag -f. For example, slot_win_x64.exe -f=/some/path/reeldev.yaml scan -g=ctinteractive/colibriwild -r=95. External yaml-files loaded after internal, and overlap them.

  • Changed some environment variable helpful for work with docker image. Full annotation for working with docker image see at docs/docker-config.md file or at docker hub.
  • Added docker-compose.yml file with typical settings to run server with the MySQL service.
  • Added base algorithm for slots with cascade falls.
  • Modified statistics calculations to calculate slots with cascade falls.
  • Modified way to display of statistics calculations progress. Now progress is displayed at one line in console, and progress information contains full RTP calculation for current state.

  • Competed optimization for high performance access to data base. Now all workflow inserts and updates to database can be buffered across API endpoints calls, what increases performance by orders of magnitude. Buffers flushed every 2.5 seconds if it not empty. Settings in config/slot.yaml file at database section configures size of buffers and flush ticks duration.
  • Added accounts activation ability. Now accounts after registration should be activated by code sent to registration email. Or them can be activated by admin.
  • Added ability to show list of RTP percent for each provided game at list command. It can be displayed by slot_win_x64 list --all --rtp.
  • list command displays number of lines for each game.
  • scan command gets two new modes. 1) --mt boolean flag performs calculations in multithreaded mode. 2) --mc integer flag helps to get quick approximate results by Monte Carlo method. Value of flag is pointed in millions iterations for Monte Carlo method, so --mc=10 means 10000000 iterations. This ability is useful for long length reels that have long durations of calculations by brute force.
