You can specify the path of Utilities.

If you want put model classes in several folders. There will be duplicated Utility folder for each folders.
New Option will help you to specify the path of utility folder.

ex :

python readJSON.py -p S2M -t iOS -i SessionModels.json -o ./SessionModels/ -u ./Utility/
python readJSON.py -p S2M -t iOS -i BasicModels.json -o ./BasicModels/ -u false

@SanggeonPark I am wondering if the refactor does solve this issue also as with templates you can define your folders:

So you would use a different template folder for SessionModels and BasicModels.

Ex:
Templates for SessionModels:

• APIParser
• AbstractInterfaceFiles
• Utilities
• CLASSNAME.h.mustache
• CLASSNAME.m.mustache

Templates for BasicModels:

• APIParser
• AbstractInterfaceFiles
• CLASSNAME.h.mustache
• CLASSNAME.m.mustache
