This seems a good change. Doesn't change output in integration test statistics which suggest that at this point in the run getEmployed and getEmployed_Lag1 are returning identical values (as lagged status updated and current status unchanging). But would be good to keep to this new lagged call in case future changes update employment status in labour supply choices.
