[codex] fix ask series ai parsing

Summary

• accept sparse OpenRouter citations from Ask this series and resolve them against loaded series context
• remove the 3-second series detail polling fallback that was refetching Supabase queries repeatedly
• add AI parser and query refetch contract guards to CI

Note

• Focused local Playwright AI regression did not reach the feature because local Supabase Auth reset the setup request on 127.0.0.1:54321. GitHub CI starts a fresh Supabase stack and remains the E2E merge gate.
