Description
Adds option to configure Postgres statestore via env variables:
FEDN_STATESTORE_TYPE
FEDN_STATESTORE_USERNAME
FEDN_STATESTORE_PASSWORD
FEDN_STATESTORE_HOST
FEDN_STATESTORE_PORT
FEDN_STATESTORE_DBNAME
