Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp), [react-scripts](https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app/tree/HEAD/packages/react-scripts) and [@storybook/react](https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/tree/HEAD/code/renderers/react). These dependencies need to be updated together.
