pnpm 11 blocks lockfile entries younger than one day unless excluded. Match Renovate's zero-day minimum release age for this dependency.
@actual-app/api is a direct dependency with zero-day Renovate updates; core ships at the same version as a transitive dep and must be installable too.
Use pull_request so permission updates apply without merging to main first, and grant contents: write for enablePullRequestAutoMerge.
