One-to-one port of three recent iOS features to the Android app: - Briefing-detail toolbar context menu (autopilot + GitHub actions) - Session-list project toolbar menu (autopilot actions + Delete Project) - Global search tab (threads + published docs, All/Threads/Docs scopes) Adds PROJECT/SEARCH autopilot domains+ops, project/search DTOs, the delete_project payloads, project-level RPC methods, a shared ProjectActionsMenu, secrets-download + release-create sheets, and a SearchScreen with on-demand doc viewer. Reuses the existing autopilot RPC plumbing and matches the iOS wire format, so no desktop changes are needed. Search top bar respects the status-bar safe area. Surface a non-dismissible progress dialog ("Creating Pull Request…")
while the desktop pushes the branch and opens the PR, mirroring the iOS
mobileAutopilotLoadingOverlay. The menu closes on tap, so without this
there was no feedback until the browser opened.
